Company arranges training, very well organised they are, teammates are really co-operative, career growth I must say really good. Every year salary appraisals happen that's not a problem. Overall good company to work. But not really good for work life balance as many times we have to stretch to complete the work. sometimes we have to come to weekends for project completion. It all depends on you how you mold yourself in terms of Work environment and work life balance....Read More

Dislikes

Lots of forms we have to fill up to maintain quality procedures many people resigns due to that procedures. In some teams work environment are not good. management do favoritism to some people.
