Very poor place office is rubbish , lots of politics qr business head is dump not having proper English speaking leaders.

Dislikes

Every thing like culture, leave policy is rubbish, in out timing is monitored by hr head , no power to retain employees, very less appreciation

- The company is very good at playing office politics - Good place to learn where not to join in corporate

Job security - Good

Dislikes

- Very bad culture where management throws mud on others - Long working hours with no appreciation - No defined role, product managers asked to cold call customers and bring sales - Legacy architecture with poor performance, not compatible with latest tech - Below industry standard salary hikes and variable pay
