Dislikes

I am not sure about all managers are same there. But my manager does not have management skills. He never share his knowledge to anyone and I didn't learn anything from him. He gives the opportunity only people he likes. He always seek from me that I have to train and share my knowledge to junior developers. In the process of appraisal time, he does not consider leads feedback to give rating to the resources who assigned to the leads. I does like his management. Micromanagement. He always expect everyone should work late nights and never give any appreciation and recognition....Read More

Things are changing due to change in leadership, some COVID support and medical insurance for parents is appreciated

Dislikes

This place could not mature due to over governance and micro management, Employees are asked by leaders to give positive rating so that future recruitment can happen Very high turnout rate.
