Once you join you will soon realize that you have been trapped, Management expects you to work for 16-20 hrs and also on weekends. Worst part is the Technical Director who looks like kicked out of his home and lives alone, he feels that no one has family and expect you to work like slave, He barks like a dog and disrespects women, he is the most rude person I have ever seen in professional life.
