Learning opportunities are good but growth opportunities are worst.

It's principle says hire and develop best- I was hired out of 70 if I m best hired why was I haven't developed.growth depends on managers few managers will use us and they will grow but we will be in same position. Be managers chamcha to develop ur self in Amazon.. I spent 13 hours daily for last 7 years with no growth , every one says I m best at work but no one will help in growth just uses our skills....Read More

No Work Life balance. Toxic work culture. You need to be available 24*7 in the phone. Even Manager expect to be available always in the phone. Situation was like for me- Finally I admitted in hospital due to work load
