Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Nothing there to like in this company.

Dislikes

... dealing with Pradeep Enginee who speaks to you worst than uneducated labourers. They Layed Off almost 80% of staff without compensation.

Got the salary hike that I wanted

No job security, entire team was removed when they lost a project. No work life balance, team was made to work daily for 14-15 hrs, and also made to work on weekends.

There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Once you join you will soon realize that you have been trapped, Management expects you to work for 16-20 hrs and also on weekends. Worst part is the Technical Director who looks like kicked out of his home and lives alone, he feels that no one has family and expect you to work like slave, He barks like a dog and disrespects women, he is the most rude person I have ever seen in professional life. Better stay away from this hell, else you will sure realize your mistake within 2-3 weeks from the time you join this company.

They are flexible, ready to help anytime, work culture is good and benefits are better as compared to other mid level IT Service based companies. And the best part is they are providing permanent WFH for the employees who can't relocate to Hyderabad and Pune.

Dislikes

There's nothing to dislike in this company but I'm not sure about the career growth for an HR in this company.
