Likes

Leadership really moving to streamline processes and build system of meritocracy. Get rid of dead weight and downers.

Dislikes

Too much dead weight still that needs to be cleared out. But they are working on it. Not enough engagement and involvement of Middle Management and us younger people. We can help!
