This company is an ideal company for any freshers and experienced candidates. Need one or two best candidate to support one man army Indranil Sir. He is actually best teacher , best leader. He is best in everything. But he need one proper support thats it to run the technical team .

Dislikes

Need a lot to do. 1> Need efficient sales team , QA team. 2> Proper Management Team to make a proper workflow in the projects. 3> Stop unwanted hiring if not required so. 4> Make a proper Strategy to scale in order stay in the market as service based company.

Too much politics. Most bad person in the office is trainer. Those he disliked he terminated from the job by politics or those he like he promoted them. Most 3rd class person I never seen.
