The organisation does not have hire and fire policy which most of the sales professionals have to face in other organisations. The target given to the Business development personnel is realistic and achievable based on the target of the organisation, unlike other companies wherein target for BD person is 2x of the original target. Since its a service industry + regulated industry, it is difficult to sell a regulated product & services. It has its own challenges but at the same time you get to learn more about selling in a niche industry.
