Likes

Medical coding and billing professionals must have excellent analytical skills. They should be able to analyze medical records and insurance claims to identify errors or discrepancies. They should also be able to interpret insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the regulations.

Dislikes

Bad documentation/missing documentation. Dealing with complex medical cases. Different requirements for different payers.

Management Said that training period only night after that coder have day shift or alternate shift .. while taking the interview HR team saying that you have more benefits like no need to work on Saturday ... Actually here happening sunday also we doing working .. mangement said we will extract 1500 rupees .. atleast day pay also not giving .. HR department is very careless towards Coder's and their salary's .....Read More
