Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  
• Coordinate joining formalities for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
  
• Handle employee grievances and provide support during probationary period.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives through effective people strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment, HR operations or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of Recruitment, HR administration, coordination, and generalist activities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with knowledge of HR software systems.
