1. Poor judgement with below par top management ethics specifically in South Asia. 2. No uniform appraisal and assessment mechanism with poor HR ecosystem. 3. Work environment becoming increasingly Promoter/Owner influenced v/s Marriott management. (Probably influenced due to clandestine expansion posturing of the company) 4.
