I worked as a Cafe Manager at Cafe Coffee Day for 2.5 years, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. The salary was fair, though it didn’t completely match my expectations for the responsibilities I handled. At times, there was limited staffing, which added to the workload and increased pressure to keep everything running smoothly. This required strong multitasking and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality service even during busy periods. One aspect I truly appreciated was the company’s consistency in paying salaries on time, which helped create a sense of security. The system for promotions and appraisals was well-structured, recognizing hard work and encouraging career growth. Dislikes: 1. Salary: The pay was good but didn’t fully meet my expectations for the level of responsibility. 2. Giving too high a target that makes the customer run away and scream and GM of Delhi says anything to any team member and store manager without thinking Whereas some people pay more attention to girls than work and even if someone is working hard, it has no value. They work excessive overtime for which no money is paid and if the target is not achieved it is paid from their salary. If someone does not have his own vehicle or because of money he has to go home from complete their night shift, then the GM " Mr. RAHUL JAIRATH" makes him work forcibly or goes by cab and asks him to pay money to the company. Today it has been 5 months since I left you and till now the company has not paid me my salary and no one is taking any action for this. My family is very worried, so I request the company "Mrs. MALAVIKA HEGDE" owner of this Company "CCD (Cofe Day Global Limited) " to please give me my salary otherwise I will file a case against them in the main court because my salary is not being paid.
