Working at Marks & Spencer, Gurgaon as a CSA was a generally positive experience. The company has a great work culture, excellent training, and overall supportive policies for employees. The brand itself is highly reputed, and most of the management team is professional and approachable. However, there are exceptions, like Tezveer Yadav, who was one of the worst managers to work under during his time as a floor manager. He often took undue advantage of his seniority and displayed a lack of empathy towards his team members. Even in emergencies, he would refuse to approve leaves, creating unnecessary stress for the team. Good company but politics happen and chatupan karne vale grow karte hai But company achhi hai job security hai target na ke barabar milta but thoda milta hai jyada pressure nhi salary 20k dete hai in-hand jo ki na Kam hai na jyada average salary
