Lot of learning, but you need self learn. Growing company. Lot of orders expected. Company achieving new certifications which in turn provide new customers and venture in to new areas. Salary credits by 7th of every month without fail (except rare cases). Internal movements/Inter department movements are possible.

Dislikes

Culture is not bad, but not fully system driven company. Higher management driven. Things keep changing every 1 or 2 years or even early. Incentives (within CTC, but reasonable %) will be given but not on time (months delay) and not fully. 6 days working in Bangalore traffic is hectic. Leaves are not adequate.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
