I liked the Mahindra home finance job very much, but the way the company harassed us and made us resign and then did not even give us relief, we felt very bad. Despite the salary being very low (21500), we worked honestly for 8 years in Mahindra company. A staff in another company earns this much salary

The company to which the employee gave 8 years of his life, harassed the employee and made him resign from the job, after which I was asked for early relieving, then even after I mailed for early relieving, I was not given early relieving,If I want, I can seek relief through court case because I have the recording which was spoken by the company's HR and Deepak sir (Business Head).

In Mahindra Group I am working Since March 2013 to till date. Work Life Balance is Very good in Mahindra Finance, but Our Employees Growth Policy is not good, Lower Salary Growth campairing to Employee Work Responsibility. HR management is not Transparent. Some times we Face Bius.

Work Details

I am working as Operation-BM at Shujalpur branch from last 1.5 years but still my Roll was not Changed in System. Management says to me you will be promote as BM-Operation for Shujalpur branch but there is No confirmation for my Roll change or Mapping.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
