Toxic environment,toxic people which can, politics and blamming games only no appreciations ever ,old employees cannot digest changes and new people their . Many of them will keep putting their nose in your business like it's theirs . No support, and authority given but expectations are high with no patience ,no job security,they can do anything without notice . No Peace and satisfaction You will leave only with bad memories.
