Weekends are for namesake, expected to work at any condition necessary, the general belief is that employees are not humans, they're born to work and will have to die working. Unrealistic work expatations.

I hate my manager as whenever I go to his place to ask regarding work queries his facial expressions says that he is irrateted as if I have come here to ask personal things.
