They celebrate all the festivals. And yes my learning for HR Recruitment started there, as they have given me my first job opportunity. Sujit da is a very good person, who handles security over there. Abhishek Sir is more approachable.

SRIJITA.... That lady is constantly poisoning that place. Both the Sir was good,but they are also blindly dependent on that pathetic lady, for which the lady is having the power to pollute the work culture over there, for these blind dependancy , and the constant nuisance of Srijita that company is facing the loss. no employee can stay there, except for Srijita. I have learned so much at Linquest Global. They push you to excel and provide necessary resources and guidance. Founders are visionaries who genuinely care about growth. Though it's demanding and the expectations are high, but the rewards are worth it, if you are willing to put it in the effort.

Dislikes

The workload can be overwhelming at times. Limited flexibility regarding relaxation during office hours due to work load.
