It's not an employee oriented organisation. They need to care about their employees while making money. We are not money making machines. Pls treat us like human beings first

Work Details

No work life balance. Mgt expects us to work 24/7. Now that we are all wfh, it's even worse. No fixed time of work at all. Boss calls up in midnight asking for work status.
