Discipline just similar to Schools. Penalty on employees for anything and everything.

Dislikes

Missing "Vision & Mission" with the Top Management of the Company. Employee Harassment is the daily activity. No timeline, no deadlines & no penalty for the Top Management Executives. No Employees Welfare activities.
