Worst HR policies, good for beginners, No employee satisfaction at all.

Dislikes

No benefits from the company at all. Employee policy is very different to what HR speaks. Very worst way of trying to retain people. Some times HR may terrify saying they have to give positive feedback on exiting emp. to the next company an employee goes. So we have to abide by what ever they say in notice period even if it is not in the policy. No early relieving even employee is ill. Employee had to bare the vehicle parking charges in office premises in Corona situation....Read More
