Paid yearly or 3 yearly trainings for the employees skill enhancements are only encouraged less than 10% of your monthly salary by organisation especially to IT department as its focus is being changed only towards revenue generation & ROI. which result in additional cost for the employee to get certified themselves and not being valued for the certification compared to the other field in the organisation. Recently changes in the organisational reform due to the political or economical situation inside & with in the departments and management changes which is ruining the german culture of organisation which was there in the past.
