I have been recruited to work for a project based in Dubai. Reporting Engineers are bosses, because of the unorganized structure and lack of influence from the top. Overall in my opinion reflecting it's a business and nothing can be expected and guaranteed for career growth. If projects are there then you might be continued with a salary based on the project rate, however, priority will be given to some communities. So, for project-based recruitment, I will leave it to your choice.
