Our is a German company and all colleagues are really great self motivated people from more than 15-20 nationalities with multicultural background, and work happily in collaboration. I get the opportunity to learn directly from the manufacturers and quite happily say that improved my people handling skills, eye-on-details, technical expertise and problem solving improvisation skills. Exposed to worlds finest/latest products in the DataCenter technology & innovative skill developments, also i like the employee re-hire policy in organisation.

Dislikes

Paid yearly or 3 yearly trainings for the employees skill enhancements are only encouraged less than 10% of your monthly salary by organisation especially to IT department as its focus is being changed only towards revenue generation & ROI. which result in additional cost for the employee to get certified themselves and not being valued for the certification compared to the other field in the organisation. Recently changes in the organisational reform due to the political or economical situation inside & with in the departments and management changes which is ruining the german culture of organisation which was there in the past. I hope its just temporary and will regain back by filtering the best.
