The HR team and its management are the worst in Coimbatore. If a hike is scheduled, they should send a common email stating, 'We are giving a hike next month.' If they are not giving a hike, they should send an email saying, 'The hike has been postponed to another month,' as proper management would. Instead, what they are doing is spreading rumors. They say the hike will be in October, but when October comes, they say November, and when November comes, they push it to January. Every HR team does this. They should be disciplined for leaking data, but in this company, disciplinary action doesn't seem to apply to HR, which is highly frustrating. I loved the working environment and the team in I had worked. I had a TL who is very supportive for everything for our whole team in every situation. Everyone in our team feels like family and took care of each other and clearing doubts on call even when they are busy.. here I learnt to handle a customer on call and also how to handle high pressure situation.

Dislikes

Break exceeds are considered as half a day or Lop, sometime preferred weekly offs will not be available as per our plan, salary appraisal will be provided with delay in months.
