No place to sit, no travel allowance, no incentives, arguments and fights with IBA old employees, back stabbing politics. They don't have money to move the newly formed channels.. Most of the channels are closed within few months.. Don't risk your career.. Escape my dear.

No place to sit, work and have food even.. Only positive is that - it's a old bank with 109 years. No incentives, no travel allowance, huge pressure like hdfc, idfc. Job is not at all secure.. They will ask you to leave on the same month. Almost 63 employees were fired in Kerala within a span of 2-3 months Arguments with Old IBA staffs, fights within thr organization, internal politics. Job is not safe (RM) Behaviour of zonal sales manager is poor Almost 80% staff resigned due to the attitude issue and pressure from zsm. Zsm forcefully made many of them resign.
