Atleeast Staff o packing room is caring one. Which atleeast gives us to stay there. Rest nt good.

Didn't like the Boss's decision, at first time when you are entering into a accounts department. The Director of a company is direct authority to report him, he beahves like the whole company is yours previous accountant were a bad, and in this storey he will take all work from you. Many times he asks the same work to do to second employee by doing a politics that first one not did it good. Even though he knows everything he behaves like he don't understand about accounts. In reality he do his only tally data apart from Accountant, so it gets irritating. He also largely complain about his CA AUDITIOR for not doing a timely returns, so when we do a follow up he start politics with CA AND US ALSO... When we concentrate on work to get it done. Suddenly he reacts like Accountant is not Good, finally we get screeming from AUDITOR AND DIRECTOR BOTH. FINALLY WE HAVE TO LOOSE OUR SKILLS ALSO WHATEVER WE KNOWS AS THEY DON'T ALLOW US TO DO ANYTHING JOB SECURITY : NOT AT ALL.. ANYTIME HE SAYS NOT TO WORK AND LEAVES IN A TERIBLE SITUATION COMAPRES WITH 20,000 RUPEES SALARY PEOPLE WITH 50,000 SALARY PEOPLE. GIVES SAME WORK THEN ASKS WHY SHOULD WE KEEP. HE APPOINTS HIGH SALARY ( ABOVE 25,000) SALARY PEOPLE AND LATER IN 1-2 MONTHS ONLY HE LEAVES US BY LEARNING FROM US THROUGH HIS OLD POOR STAFF WHO.IS HAVING 8000-10000 SALARY.
