Likes

Jaipuria is a growing organisation. It is well established in UP with about 50 schools. The colleagues were excellent. Very friendly work environment. The Managing Director Mr. Kanak Gupta has maintained a wonderful balance in work culture between being too formal and casual. You can explore a lot and strive to grow. Flexible working hours. Fair Benefits - Medical Insurance, Travel Allowance etc

Dislikes

No support for new talent. Some Managers are horrible and will make your life miserable if you are better than them. Salary fitment is not too great, so bargain for a good salary right in the start because there is of work and you may end up working for multiple departments and doing things that you were not even appointed for.
