Senior people since last 3 years is too much self centric. No leadership or mentor. Since last 3 years their only goal is cost cutting and getting bonus from group to meet kpi. Irrespective of Employees future or even client delivery. Putting work on junior employees. Work culture is now typical lala company where employee need to butter bosses which was not the scene few years back.

The seniors were terrible in the company and also not supportive they always put a lot of pressure on the employees set tight timelines and make juniors to work abnormal extended hours and also on weekends without overtime. Do not take employees feedback seriously in addition to that do not hire needed number of employees. While I was working here they have not provided appropriate training too.
