The best thing i like in JR laddha is if employee is doing hard work than company also take care of his employees . In every terms personal & professional both. everything we are getting on time .

I like nothing about this organization. Worst experience of working at J.R Laddha, they dont value their employees. They are supporting me during covid by not releasing my F&F payments even after 6 months.

Dislikes

Everything. No working culture in the company. Your work never get recognised if ur receptionist backbitch about you. Zero professionalism, no appreciation. Even seniors (director ) is not a man of his words. This organization is not for the experience candidates.
