Not much work sit ideal for few weeks and get fired

Dislikes

ISYX as an organization has no vision, they keep changing business models and hirarkey. Extremely pathetic sales team that as they are not getting any new business hence ISYX keep firing sales team and consultants frequently. Management don't respond on escalation and team keeps suffering at onsite as there is no response from management to client or onsite team. Extremely poor resource planing as there is no resource planing team. Team working in KSA don't get any response for issues they fade as there is no HR team for KSA team. You cannot have a a family life as ISYX rarely gives work VISA so you will keep traveling and will not be able to see your family for 6 months. Many organizations have already blacklisted ISYX in GCC region. Now ISYX is exploring new potentials in African countries and forcing people to travel there. Best part of the organization is that there is no growth prospectus as no appraisal system. HR policy are not consistent as they keep making new policies....Read More
