Nothing much, Could add few positions in the Hierarchy level although the management is currently fixing this. So not an issue . I Thoroughly enjoyed working with IQEQ. Working in IQ-EQ Will always hold a Special place in my professional career Personally Had a huge Regret after Leaving this Organisation. :(

The work-life balance was terrible need to rush for the deliverables client requests etc.. there is no additional compensation for stretch hours & need to work on public holidays.
