Feedback on Work Culture I would like to provide feedback on my experience with the work culture at [Organization Name]. Over time, I observed several areas that impacted employee morale and productivity, and I hope this feedback can help in creating a healthier and more productive work environment for current and future employees. 1. Job Security Concerns The environment felt highly unstable, with frequent changes and unclear communication around job roles and expectations. This uncertainty affected my ability to fully focus on my responsibilities and contributed to a feeling of insecurity among team members. 2. Behavior of Senior Management A significant concern was the behavior of senior management, which at times felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
