i would not recommend working here, especially if you are fresher or someone who is looking for the creative environment. From the start, the atmosphere feels demotivating and isolating. Policy is designed to humilated and to punish the employee, if you are even 5 minutes late a 25% of the daypay will be deducted from your salary, also you have to complete the working hours for the same late came day post 25% deduction. they use policy as a weapons against Employee, they always try to cut your salary. they expected 100 % efforts from you but failed to provide 100 % pay.
