Only working days and process as well.

Dislikes

Maximum leaders miss used his position. All leaders are not careful about what they say. When as a leader, you express dissatisfaction with something, you may influence your team. Apart from that, management issue, salary not well structure, no flexibility, toxic work culture, no employees satisfaction events, no yearly bonus. Nothing is there.

Almost all of the Colleagues are very Friendly.

Dislikes

Salary Structure is poor and needs a lot of improvement. Salary is low and there is also a deduction system, that can take away half of your incentive.
