We started in 1980 by introducing technology to the manual coupon settlement process, making it easier for retailers to get paid, brands to track effectiveness, and consumers to save. But we didn’t stop there.
Harnessing that same spirit of curiosity and innovation, we expanded into other categories to help more businesses improve more lives — saving consumers billions, enhancing healthcare safety, and even slashing landfill waste.
It’s been 40+ years since our founder, John Whitaker, asked that first question — and we’re still working hard to solve complex problems for our customers. Because it’s not about technology, but what it can help us all achieve.
Mission: Our mission as an organization is to change the world for consumers in three core areas: streamlining inventory, financial transactions and going to market (often around consumer goods). We have aligned our business into these three business areas.
