The owner is phsyco and he want everyone to work according to him only even no customer satisfaction is important for him he only want to satisfy his own ego.The environment is pathetic in this lala company. No job security in this company. Owner can fire you immediately without any notice if his ego is not satisfy. A steward can give the feedback of Managers and Head Chefs and that matters for the owner. If you would like to change the environment with strict action means the team will complain against you that the manager is not good and owner listen to the team only. They can judge you in 2-3 day's and also they can fire you after 6 month with any prior notice. I will suggest never join this company for your future. You will get good salary for 2-3 months but later you will only thinks why i join this company. This company is only for few of owners close whi always report to him. They are running this dhaba with butter and cream only....Read More

It's a small lala company, the owner is psychopath and does not know how to behave with people. He destroys employees peace, never join this company. Salary is always very very late, he insults you anytime infront of whatsapp group, he is aggressive and can abuse you also. Can ask you to leave in 2-3 days after joining withoit giving any notice.
