Offer letter - Accepted

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

Before joining you will see the good salary and which is the only good thing in this company.

...h with any prior notice. I will suggest never join this company for your future. You will get good salary for 2-3 months but later you will only thinks why i join this company. This company is only for few of owners close whi always report to him. They are running this dhaba with butter and cream only.

It's a small lala company, the owner is psychopath and does not know how to behave with people. He destroys employees peace, never join this company. Salary is always very very late, he insults you anytime infront of whatsapp group, he is aggressive and can abuse you also. Can ask you to leave in 2-3 days after joining withoit giving any notice.

Nothing to like in this company, it's a dukaan not a company ...

This company fires everyone without any reason.This company is like a Dhaba, there is no standard. The staff keeps torturing the machine.That's all I want to say. Do not do any work in this company.
