Working for a a company that upholds its core value is truly rewarding. From day one, I felt a sense of belonging as the company consistently emphasized respect and inclusion. This Foundation fostered a collaborative atmosphere where's everyone's voice mattered, regardless of their role or experience. The company's commitment to fostering a positive culture made it easy to thrive. Overall, my experience at Indo European Services Pvt. Ltd. it has been positive, but there are a few aspects that I believe could be improved for a better work life balance. I genuinely wish that the company would consider transitioning to a 5 day work week. It would help employees maintain better focus and productivity without feeling overworked or burnt out.

Working for a company as a fresher that genuinely embraced its basic values is a delight for me. No matter where they worked, the company promoted a culture of respect for all of its employees. As a result, the workplace became welcoming and encouraging, and everyone's contributions were respected. Additionally, the organization made significant investments in training and development, offering top-notch chances for career advancement. Workers were encouraged to work on their own, which increased their self-confidence and enabled them to solve problems in novel and creative ways. I genuinely wish that if we get 5 days working only.. And felt a bit pressurized sometimes but everyone have to balance.
