Arguably one of the worst HR policies in PSBs, Where transfer postings are thoroughly weaponised, every now and then threats for transfer to 'Deep South' is reiterated to employees. No work life balance at all.

HR POLICY. NO definite guidelines for request transfer. Even request of ladies staff are not being considered. Those who are having contact with higher management or political parties are getting favorable postings. Staffs are required to learn how to flatter or butter the higher management as well as association in stead of how to work. No value of work
