All Japanese Treat Indian Employee as a slave, Some Of the Japanese Member Discriminate Indian culture on regular basis Increment is lower then the average labor in the village, Joining time they don't provide KRI to employee after Joining Huge work Pressure on employee No time for Personal Life Indian Mangers are Don't have technical knowledge, Just they blindly slave to Japanese they don't Focus on employee engagements nothing for employee motivations. No Support From Indian mangers regarding any technical work, and all blame to employee normal small scale employee have better salary then Kawasaki managers All the decision are controlled by Japanese member, no any Indian have any authority to take any decision I Humbly request you to don't join this company. please don't waste you time, there is nothing to learn please Join Small scale MIDC company for skill learning...Read More
