I started my career at IMARC and have been there for the last 6 years. I have seen the company grow from around 50 people when I joined to over 400 people today. Most of my peers have been with the company since its inception, which speaks a lot about the company's work environment and growth prospects. Dislikes

The company used to go on trips every year. For the ISA team, no major trip outings have happened since 2020. I believe such trips are important to team members bond with each other, particularly if you are working remotely.

There is good exposure for newcomers in sales. Salaries and incentive are always on time. Not much internal politics, so moral and productivity remain high. The company also invests in CRMs and database to increase productivity of the sales and lead generation teams. Senior team members are also approachable.
