Management is very bad , HR Dhanaji is really worst person, Don't join this company , every thing is fake here, The manager Dnyanesh Jadav is such a worst person, he will ruin you career in IGW Indian hub, Very strict timing 9:00 to 18:36 Only 30 leaves Unreasonable work given by Dnyanesh Jadav There is no Policy ,It is what manager makes that is policy, I have worked for more than 2years in IGW this is my experience Manager have a policy of hire and fire policy Policy differs from person to person...Read More

Work freedom. Company is good for entry level person for new learning. Work versatility. Good to join organisation for the needy one. New system implementation along with collaboration with BMT group helpful for skill development.

Dislikes

Weak HR Management. No canteen facility even after so called “MNC”. Production department not doing their duties as per responsibility. Managers not quite supportive. Lack of standardisation & system. Bosses are biased & political. No collaborative efforts among internal departments. Everybody blaming each other ones.
