I feel it's important to express my thoughts and hopefully bring attention to the issues I've encountered. First and foremost, one of my biggest grievances is the absence of medical leave. It's incredibly challenging and unfair when we don't have the option to take time off when we're unwell or need to attend to our health. It's crucial for any company to prioritize the well-being of its employees and provide necessary support. Another major disappointment for me has been the lack of support from upper management. It's disheartening when we don't receive the guidance and encouragement we need to excel in our roles. Having strong leadership is vital for fostering a positive work environment and enabling personal and professional growth. I've also faced difficulties with the company's policy on staff loans. It feels unjust that they only consider applicants with a decile above 3. Financial assistance should be available to employees who genuinely need it, regardless of their decile ranking. It's essential for the company to show empathy and provide support during challenging times. Furthermore, the process of getting expenses approved has been an ongoing frustration. It shouldn't be our responsibility to constantly remind them to approve our expenses. A more efficient and streamlined process would greatly benefit everyone, saving time and reducing unnecessary stress. Lastly, I've noticed instances where the company's behavior towards employees can be demeaning. It's crucial for a healthy work environment that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their position or role. Mutual respect and appreciation are key to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
