Over the course of my employment, I have encountered disrespectful, inappropriate, and abusive language from my immediate manager. The consistent use of mocking and loud tones has contributed to a negative and mentally draining work environment. Additionally, I have observed a prevailing sense of partiality and favoritism. Despite my attempts to address these concerns with my manager through open discussions, there has been no improvement in the situation.
