Likes

All Scientists were really patient and taught me very well about projects,data analysis sort of like that, Which helped me to understand how national level projects actually works

Dislikes

I joined there on contract basis so after every 8months ,there was uncertainity of contract (whether it will continue or not ) also as a research fellow, one will not get any hike in salary nor in promotion.So if you just want to learn about national level research projects,join there and learn ,only for short term.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

It was fun to work there as one will have work life balance because of the timings 10-5 that's it.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
