I would like to share my experience working at Hranker, which i found to be quite challenging. The work culture here is unfortunately very poor , characterized by high level of toxicity. Salaries are frequently delayed , and hold due to irrelevant reason, leading to financial stress for employees. Moreover , I experienced mental harassment which contribute to a negative work environment . These are the reasons no one employee want to stay in this organization . My exp. with hranker is nightmare. The work culture is toxic No policy , No HR , they make you do the work , and on the salary day , give reasons. Working hours not define. Worst company to work.
