In HROne, I worked under support team, and I felt that every person was very supportive towards the whole team and create a great environment. However the workload need to be managed better by the manager.

Dislikes

HROne needs to hire experienced managers or examine managerial skills carefully because sometime I see lack of engagement skills in some newly hired managers. They literally don’t know how to engage with team or clients or even how to communicate properly.
