Dislikes

1) Management is terrible. They have no clear vision of what they are doing and want to achieve. Management consists of just 2-3 people who decide everything independently. 2) There are no new skills or learnings in the organization. The company can not add up anything in your profile to make it better. 3) Salary hike is not given at the time. They will promise many things at the time of hiring but there is no such thing as called hike in this organization. Even there is no fixed date of salary accreditation in the account. Many times salary is credited in the middle of the month. 4) There is no job security. They keep on hiring freshers with lower salaries to replace high-paid employees.
